Intel Launches the Biggest Ad Campaign After 8 Years of Service
Intel Corporation is one of the biggest multinational semiconductor chip maker corporation in America and it is located in Santa Clara, California, United States. It is considered to be the world’s largest semiconductor chip maker based on the revenue.
Just recently, Intel launches its biggest ad campaign ever that aims to push the new thinner and lighter notebook computers in the world. Intel Corp says that it is betting big on its “ultrabook” concept by making it possible to have their largest advertising campaign ever, the largest that they had since they started in 2003.
According to Kevin Sellers, the head of advertising of Intel, the “ultrabook” will be out in the market starting on April. He spoke this to the press last Monday before the opening of the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Sellers did not reveal the actual cost or expenses Intel Corp spent for the ads and other initiatives.
It wasn’t really part of the plan of Intel to launch this big since the company introduced Centrino chips for Wi-fi capable laptops last eight years ago. The “ultrabooks” will look the same with the MacBook Air of Apple which was launched about three years ago.
